Arpan Desai is the Founder of SportsFirst, a sports technology development partner building custom software for teams, leagues, federations and venues.

Over the past decade, SportsFirst has delivered sports technology solutions across player development platforms, fan engagement systems, operational tools, and digital transformation projects for professional clubs, leagues, and sports organisations globally.

The Sports Product Idea Lab documents practical software ideas for sports operations — drawn from real workflows that still run on paper, spreadsheets, and messaging apps.
